1. Add monthly depreciation reports
Select the folder containing the ...-D5M.txt reports, or drag the folder/files into the box. Parsing starts automatically.
Text reports only. Your files stay in this browser; nothing is uploaded.
2. Parse, filter, and check
The export is enabled only when every source file matches its reported record count. LVA assets are removed first; then only project indicators mapped as Expired = 1 are removed. Expired = 0 and unmapped project indicators are retained.
Preview (random sample of up to 3 rows per Project Indicator):
LVA means asset class starts with “AW”. After LVA removal, a row is excluded for expired grant only when its project indicator mapping has Expired = 1. Rows with Expired = 0 or no matching project indicator are retained. The preview and CSV contain only retained records.
3. Depreciation pivot
Shows the selected month's depreciation for retained records, grouped by Project Indicator and Asset Class Category under BUSS FUNC and All Others. Includes the requested project-group subtotals, segment/category subtotals, and grand total.
4. Export for Excel
Add source files to begin.
Output: one combined CSV of records remaining after the LVA and expired-grant filters, including the source filename, project fields, and Profit Ctr when a lookup is loaded. This single-file app runs locally and does not send data anywhere.
